" The Whos down in Who-ville are pathetic born losers
to gawk at the YuleCrumplers, fizznogs, and Plumtoozers!
Decorations and lights all winking and twinkling
are all WASTES of MONEY--they don't have an INKLING!!
Fake snow on the castle, fake snow in the air
To go through such hassle, do the Whos even care?
Everything's painted, or ribboned, or snowy, or holly-ed
Candy cane-striped, plum-puddinged, or jollied!!
ENOUGH with the refurbs!
No more peppermint curbs
and candy cornification!!
The Whos are blissfully buried in Holiday Fodder
They shell out Who-dollars like lambs to the slaughter!
This year will be different when I unfold my plot
to make D-Land more 'grinchy' for the whole Who-ville Lot
Plastic snow will be gone and so will the lights
The HM will be OPEN, dispensing REGULAR frights!
Who needs giant wreaths and Christmas Who-candy?
Plain ol' D-Land to me, sounds just fine and dandy!
I'll make out a report to the Corporate Heads
that X-mas is failing! The spreadsheet's in RED!!
Say goodbye to your Christmas!! Halloweentime, too!!
Santa Grinch is bringin' the gift of consistency for you!!"
So do you side with the Grinch? I do, to a more moderate extent. The 'Holidaytime' promotions are far too long IMO, and cause far too much disruption to park operations and attractions. How do all you Whos feel about it? Is it 'worth' all the trouble? Keep in mind that not all Guests have the luxury of coming back in two weeks when an 'overlay' is complete. Should the 'hoopla' be scaled back? Should there be more decoration? Longer promotions?
