Lack of Holiday Decor in Tomorrowland

Why isn't there any holiday decorations in Tomorrowland? Every time the park puts up decorations for a holiday Tomorrowland is always left out. Do we not celebrate holidays in the future? In general it seems like it's not connected to the rest of the park. What are your thoughts? Have you seen any decorations in Tomorrowland?

    What about Adventureland?

Tomorrowland is interesting because it doesn't feature a "lived-in" feel. Unlike every other land at Disneyland, there are no places where it is themed to appear like anybody could actually live there. Without anybody living there, who's going to decorate?

Adventureland, on the other hand, DOES have areas with "lived-in" theming. But why is nobody decorating?

A very good point that simultaneously answers the question of this thread and illustrates the main problem with Tomorrowland. I call it where-the-bleep-am-I-supposed-to-be-pretending-I-am-right-now syndrome.

What else is new. The Disney vision for Tomorrowland has long been one of cheapness. If they were to spend money it would be inconsistant. The powers that be just don't want to let us down.

maybe its a metaphor, a warning, if you will, of the strangle hold that special interest groups such as the A.C.L.U. have on us. basically those groups who are trying to tell us how we can celebrate our holidays.

Because it is always tomorrow in Tomorrowland, never the present. Therefore, it can never be Christmas or any other holiday...

Hahaha. I've often thought of that when I hear that miserable guy sing that miserable song. I can't believe stations would even play such a depressing joyless dribble at Christmas time. Your version hits the point nicely.

BTW (for chad) what is the difference between terrorists and the ACLU? (Anti-Christian Litigation Unit). I could've sworn that's what was meant by the "terrorists winning". Hahaha.

maybe the people of tomorrowland finally figured out christmas is actually two holidays. one is commercial with no meaning that means billions for companies each year. and the other is celebrating the birthday of Jesus Christ which has NOTHING to do with decorating.

    id like to hope!
