So, that's the market that Vault 28 is aiming for.

Even though most of that stuff looks like something that
would be found at Libby-Lu, Foofy Foo
what ever the name of that kiddie build-a-ho store is named in
Downtown Disney.

. . . . or the kiddie "plastic toy" area in the 99 cent only store.

It's like a garage store with prices that make you think it's
really a practical joke store.
