What do you think will be done with DCA's "Largest Tile Mural"

OK. As the countdown begins for the destruction of the DCA main entrance, what do you think Disney will do with the supposed "Largest Tile Mural in the World" that is meant to represent "...walking into a postcard of California?"

Do you think they'll have the audacity to assume people will want a piece of it like the light bulbs from the ELP?

What do you think should, would, could or might happen?

Vote in the poll and voice your opinions here!

    *EDIT*

Please vote for what you think WILL be done with the mural.

There is no poll avaiable as I write this, but if there is a "Call John Stamos" option, that's my vote.

Sorry - I got an important phone call in the middle of making the poll. I think Stamos actually has more class than to associate with such dreck.

That's funny, some people have an "easy button"... I actually have a "Call John Stamos" button on my desk. You just never know when that guy is going to come in handy.

I have a Make it Cool button. It's for directors who don't know what they want.. "..I don't know... just make it cool!"

Just like the old Mary Blair mural in tomorrowland, I think it will be chipped away and put into large trash bins and carted off.

    Good point.
Since the mural certainly could not qualify as iconic, or even particularly recognizable as a Disney fixture, it would have little 'sentimental/nostalgic' value (at least enough to sell off pieces of it like they did the construction waste from the Matterhorn).
My vote would be just to tear it down, and do not waste the money it would take in administration costs in order to advertise, manage, catalog, and process the sales of the individual 'pieces' of a less than stellar piece of Disney history.

Disney's already said they will be taking it out when construction begins. Why do wee need a thread on what we think will happen when we already know what will happen?

I think if they can make money to give to charities, that would be the best option. At least SOME GOOD would have come of it.

Why do we need a post like this when you obviously didn't read the OP?

    Just for review:

I'm asking what people think will be done with it once it's removed.

    Thanks.

I am going to pretend you mean you "hated to see that go as well"

I saw it on an Extinct Attractions DVD (Peoplemover, I think) it was really sad.

If Disney can peddle christmas lights (aka) MSEP bulbs, an actual tile would sell.
