Just thought of something - I'm seeing foil bagged dogs in a warmer there... How can they have "The Best of the Wurst" when they're made up in a commisary backstage? It's not hard at all to boil up dogs, steam the buns, and assemble on demand right there - and the end results are a whole lot fresher...

Two CM's onstage (one cooking, one cashiering) versus three the way it looks like they plan to do it now - #1 onstage cashiering, #2 backstage cooking and pre-assembling, and #3 running back and forth delivering almost-fresh stock every fifteen minutes. Cut out all the legwork, and that person can be doing productive things.

But no, they can't do that - it would make too much sense.
