Re: Goat on Big Thunder Mountain

We're either discussing the goat TRICK, or the missing goat. (In which case the goat trick is a moot point!) The goat was there in Sept when I was there, and gone in December when I was there. I figure he's being repaired, and will return. No panic ensued.

That WOULD be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, have it REALLY smell like skunk. Wouldn't that be a funny trick? All day as you walk through the park people say, "They went on BTMRR today, poor sap" and we can proudly walk by and say, "Yes, yes I did, but, damn...where is the goat?"

Oh okay.. I remember skunks, but I always thought they were in a separate portion of the ride.

What if they added an affect to the the dynamite so that the fuse looks like it's lit.

I saw somthing like this during the Rose Parade, one of the floates had people with fire crackers and I think Bob described them as "Electronic fireworks"

Dunno maybe we can "pluss" the goat some.

Hmmm. A lit fuse and an explosion in the dark coyote cave. I'm liking the sound of this!

    Good call Toad!

He was fired for his continued stealing and eating of the dynamite...

I love the fact that he has dynamite in his mouth. It is one of the great subtle touches that DL has and WDW doesn't.
Plussing the goat and making the fuse look lit would be really great. I hope the goat comes back soon, I know if I was a local, I would be missing him.
