Maleficent in SB Castle????

How long as Maleficent been opening and closing the drapes of her window and peering down at guests in line for Peter Pan?

I got a kick that I found yet another thing I hadn't seen before despite my gazillion trips to the park. I noticed it on Tuesday night, November 20th....... (I've been offline.....sick doggie and horse rescue issues taking precedence over posting).

Unfortunately my camera battery had died, so no photo. I've never noticed it before...maybe because I'm not usually in FL at night.

um I think your referencing the evil Queen from Snow White staring out from the top window of Snow White's Scary Adventure

and I'm pretty sure it's been going on since the fantasyland remake (I remember it from when I was around 10 even)

Yeah, everyone else is right. It's the evil queen above Snow White's scary adventure. Nothing in the castle.

Maybe that's what it was....but we were on Peter Pan when I saw her....the drapes would open and close, very cool. I'd never seen her before.

It sounds like you need to go to Disneyland more often! haha I remember that thing scaring me sooo much as a kid. I was so terrified that I had to take refuge in Peter Pan's Flight

We're there at least once per year.....but usually don't do FL at night too often, which is probably why I'd never noticed it.......

it does the curtain thing all day long but I suppose it'd be easier to see at night

you should probably ride all the darkrides in fantasyland to get your bearings on what's what and were it is

I'm positive you saw teh Queen from Snow White

now I'm a bit rusty cause I didn't even go to DL this year but it IS right across from Peter Pan if I'm not mistaken

Nope - I saw it in line on Peter PAn....it was the last ride we rode and it was across the way, not up above us. On the right side if you're walking through the castle toward Main Street. I'm running on 3 hours of sleep right now due to a sick dog, but I think it is above SW.......

while you're looking for the queen, feel free to look at the window above the peter pan ride. It's designed to resemble the nursery from the movie. and if you listen closely you can here petter and Wendy talking.

whenever I heard about this I thought it was somebody real looking out the window.... :S
