I have been curious about this subject for quite a while; hopefully the enlightened minds at Micechat can enter this discussion and hopefully--though there will certainly be contrasting opinions presented--facilitate a more thorough understanding regarding this topic.
The topic of Churro Integration throughout the parks has surely been a contentious one. Has Disney effectively utilized the resources available to them to achieve full churro integration--and some would say, saturation--throughout the parks? Personally, I am unsure of this answer. On one hand, I feel that Disney could easily introduce additional methods of churro vending and distribution that would further increase the integration of churros throughout the park; however, perhaps that is unnecessary? As in the other threads I've posted on the subject, one must find the correct balance to the churro-incorporation corollary to truly understand this issue, however that perfect ratio is elusive and, according to many, impossible to truly discover.
