Thank you for the contact. I will share the letter once I write it. Briefly, my daughter had a knee injury just prior to our recent trip. Do you know how badly people in wheelchairs are treated at Disneyland? That is what this is all about. I could excuse a few incidents, but it was daily reort wide. There is quite a difference in cast between DL and WDW when it comes to this type of thing. I will share a bit more later.
Hmm, was it by CMs or by guests? I know when my sister was in a wheelchair for a hip injury, we could hardly navigate the crowds because no one was paying attention and people wouldn't move to let us through. I know a couple of CMs were giving her the stinkeye when she appeared to be able to walk without difficulty, because I guess they thought we were cheating or something. But in my experiences with wheelchairs in the park, I haven't run into a huge amount of trouble from CMs.
