Farley the Fidler & Miss Chris

Hey just a quick question about Santa's Reindeer Round-up. I went there for the first time this past Friday. I saw a magic show, but I've seen pictures of another show with a Farley the Fidler & Miss Chris. What time does that show go on? And are there any others?

I have no answer to your question, but I feel the need to say that my family loves Farley the Fidler. We first saw him on a VHS tape of Disneyland, called A Day in the Park.

    Love him!

Farley and Miss Chris are awesome! They put on a terrific show for the kids and do a wonderful job getting them involved in the fun.

Luke Manning, if I remember correctly, Farley came out onstage a few minutes after the magic show was over. He did about 2 or 3 songs with the kids--including the Chicken Dance...lots of fun! Then Miss Chris came out and joined him for a bunch of sing-a-longs. Both of them are wonderful performers and great with the kids! If the magic show is going on, just hang out afterwards and you'll probably see Farley and Miss Chris. Note: check the audience during the magic show, usually Chip & Dale are watching and sitting alongside the kids.

Yes, Chip was in front of me. And Dale was behind me!

And if you want to really get confused, count the strings on Farley's fiddle... Six instead of the usual four, IIRC.

He works plays at the entrance to Frontierland most of the year. And occasionally he's a Billy. Go search around, there are some clips up on YouTube.

How does that work with six? Are multiple strings played at once like a piano striking keys in the upper octaves or does it allow for a couple of bass strings like the difference between a Ukulele and a guitar?
