I don't think that has been determined yet, but I'm guessing not.

It's not quite that bad... Considering it was originally planed as a residence suite the walls are soundproofed rather well already, and as long as they leave the windows closed it should be fine. I've been up in the Gallery when there are bands playing in the street below, and the sound doesn't get in.

They can easily pass the word to not be excessively noisy in the area - no jackhammers or truck horns for the overnight maintenance crews, and if they rehearse Fantasmic they can use quarter-load blanks in all the weapons and cannons.

And it really shouldn't cause a problem if the Dream Suite family wants to go on an after-hours 'behind the magic' tour, as long as they are escorted. Might be a good idea to have a tote bag prepared by the back door with hard-hats, goggles and hearing protection.

As long as they don't have any little ones who charge ahead into a potentially dangerous situation - after all, they do have heavy equipment like man-lifts and cranes out and about, and those steam cleaners are cleaning with... Real steam, duh!

I can live with not staying overnight in it but I do REALLY want to see the finished product. Its only fair, they took away the gallery.

Somebody needs to get nbodyhome in here - her family just won the Cinderella Castle Suite at WDW - so I assume meals will be handled similarly at Disneyland for winners of the Disneyland Dream Suite.

You are aware that the Club 33 Kitchen is right on the other side of the wall, and the New Orleans Main Kitchen (serving all the NOS Restaurants) and Westside Diner are down in the basement right below them, right? As long as they plan ahead for it, this is not a problem.

(Someone please put a copy of this post on the Dream Suite planner's desk... )

If they keep the Westside Diner (CM lunchroom in the basement) open for the Third Shift personnel, they can whip up some basic to moderately fancy Room Service requests for the Dream Suite Guests if they get an urge for a 3 AM snack.

It would be just like the "Leftovers Roulette" you have at home - the main restriction I can see would be 'We can't make it if we don't have the ingredients', or something that takes hours of prep to make like Prime Rib. But if they're smart they already keep the day-shift leftovers to slice up and use for making sandwiches in WSD...

New Disneyland Video podcast posted on Itunes about the Dream Suite (Today) with a few more details. Some we already know. Only 5minutes:32 seconds long.

Which means.... pretty much none of us. In fact... I'm thinking the odds are that percentage wise, you have a better chance of getting hit by lightening 3 times on your left little toe than ever seeing the inside of the Dream Suite.

Since they are usually looking for nice looking families of 4 or maybe 4 and a third, I've put my hopes to rest of winning a night. Here's to someone here winning and getting some good media of the goods inside.
