Check out that video at about 2:27 into it. The bobsleds go by as a set of 3 cars hooked together. Did they ever run them that way on a regular basis?

I've never thought about it, but usually when I see commercials there's three hooked together. Huh.

It's a long view of the racing section about 1/3 through. Two sleds are next to each other, lining up perfectly to overlap one car in the middle.

So it is! I checked it out full screen at YouTube and you can see that there are two trains with 2 cars each.

It's from a digital cable On Demand channel called Journey TV which has a Disney Travel section.

The Disney Travel On Demand channel has these short "Fact or Fiction" segments. There are also short programs about rehearsing a parade at WDW called "Making Magic", "Insider" segments about Expedition Everest and the Disney Vacation Club and a few other promotional videos.

If you have On Demand on your digital cable system look for Journey TV.

If it's any help, I subscribe through TimeWarner Cable.
