LOL Notice anything besides the sign?

Also I still feel the gold frame is way too bright but it would take too much effort to change it in photoshop.

Much Classier and with that Disney "D." WONDERFUL JOB! The colors you used are more in tune and a tribute to the Disney Gallery! Thank you so much for sharing this Seawolf!!!

Looks like you got rid of the security camera.

Actually if I had my way instead of the Disneyland D would be the WD initials that are on the balcony in the exact font.

Re: New Disneyland Dream Suite signage - What do you Think?

Now if a photoshop noob like me can do this in an hour why can't Disney with mucho bucks do this? I mean come on, the font they used for "Dream Suite" was in a Fantasyland type style.

FYI, they were filming a commercial for this today (or possibly a family who had won it?). They were filming them walking up the steps looking all happy.

Re: New Disneyland Dream Suite signage - What do you Think?

Seawolf, if I may make one minor suggestion. What has always bothered me is the reference to "Disney Suite". Given the location, and inspiration behind the suite I would think it more fitting to be called the "Walt Disney Suite"... since that is what it would have been had he lived longer.

But to answer your question...no one really knows for sure as Disney has not officially announced anything about its use after YOMD. Some Cast Members have said they've "heard" it goes to Club 33. But nothing confirmable.
Thanks, Opus1guy!

I mean come on they've plastered everything else with clouds and ribbons... why not a simple little sign... as to the security cam it could have been more discreet but I think they want people to see it. Like Magic Mountain, half the security works, the other half is just a visible deterrent. I would rather have had the initials in a darker shade of green, so they would still be set off but a lot more subtle... just me.
If you look closely, you'll notice that those beastly peacock flags were on top of the entrance gates....from last year.

It.

Was.

A.

Joke.

I also vote for Seawolf's signs. The font and color choice are definitely nicer IMO. If the INSIDE of the suite is as nice as that video says it's going to be, the signage seems like a big step down.

Using Walt's photo in marketing materials.

And spewing Walt's name in podcasts and in press releases ....

Exploiting Walt is all just a tasteless way of justifying this Dream Suite with providing no explanation as to why the Disney Gallery has been removed during its 20th Anniversary, without having a proper place to relocate to quickly.

Amen, my brother
