You know, I never understood why people called it a laser show. There is only one scene in the fiale that uses lasers.
sorry it has been 3 years since we saw it for the first and only time. With our upcomming trip we hope to be more disney sauve!
We are allitle bummed that we will not see this show during this trip

Isn't the reason it's down more to save money than for a refurb? If it were being refurbed then TSI would be shut down as well.
Arnt they putting in those new MAC lights on the tours, aka brand new sexy moving head lights^^?

Uhh, there is a LOT of stuff for FAN that is underground and Im rather sure that it can have maintenance done to it under ground. Also prolly time for everyone to re-audition for the show.
And from what someone somewhere said, it was to replace the lights.
i just saw this on another site, maybe it will serve as a small consolation to those missing Fantasmic. This appears to use the same water projection technology as F!, but implemented for the promotion of a monster movie (think Loch Ness meets Jurassic Park). I wish I lived in Japan.
