April 16th - 21st CHEERLEADERS!!!

OK. We've booked already and now I find out there is a big Cheerleader convention that weekend!!!! Will it be crazy busy??? We have Wed and Thurs to do all we can before the weekend. Any sugestions for weekend with cheerleaders??Help please! Thanks.

My wife and I were at DL one spring break while those preppy, loud, energetic, balls of fire were running around the park.

Beware of the hairspray and glitter...oh and the mom's running after them.

PS: RUN RUN RUN the other way when you see them coming.

You'll be fine. It'll just be busier after the first 2 days there. Make sure you do every ride that you MUST do then. On the Cheerleader days, do some off the wall things. Like ride the Train around the whole park or see Billy Hill. You'll have a great time and the weekend may be perfect for people watching!

OK ,So we've already booked and have to make the best of it! Friday at DCA or DL? Sat and Sun? We were already thinking Sat to do a pool/ downtown day and maybe fireworks or F at night. Better to do this Sat or Sun??? Also have one early entry day, what day to do this?? Thanks for the help!

I was a cheerleader and spent competitions in Great America many years... and I say... RUN!

But really, they will be loud and they will be obnoxious. Expect the worst, and it wont be so bad.

Yeah...i've decided that i'm visiting Las Vegas before all of this crap. Disneyland can be postponed a few days.
