Did you or anyone in your group ever spit or throw anything from the Skyway when it was running?

I'll go first and say I never did nor did anyone riding with me to my knowledge. Spitting never crossed our minds but we did always intend to someday bring a small SuperBall and see if we could bounce it back up to the bucket! The plan was to bounce it on the cement between the Monorail beam and the Matterhorn near the lagoon. Too bad we never got around to it.

Alright now, confess! or be doomed to spend an afternoon in a 101'd Pooh.

In high school the friend I was with shook the bucket. When we got off the ride in Tomorrowland, we were pulled aside and lectured and had to wait there a few minutes.

I was pretty mad at him because shaking the bucket scared me and then I got yelled at for something I didn't do.

Just so you know it doesn't make it all the way back up. BUT if you take 3 or 4 of them and then throw them near the exit turn styles at Indy... they bounce... A LOT!

Mostly I tossed pennies. Sometimes M&M's. Gum was a favorite also. Lifesavers were a favorite ammo as well. I don't remember spitting but I certainly can't say I never did. At times we had contests to see who could toss the most items in a single trip. I cannot remember my greatest score. I was never busted by Disneyland security.

I was too young to cause any havoc on ATIS. Heck if given the chance, I wouldn't have known what to do.

I have to say I was TEMPTED to do this as a youth, but, I never did. I was the perfect Skyway rider. And, NEVER wanted it moved one little bit, because I loved it, but, I did not love movement up there! ha! I remember when you'd go over the beam things and it would shake a bit, and it always gave me a scare.

People Mover crimes would typically be punishable by time in Small World but since the waterboarding there has been temporarily halted you may be sent to HISTA until Amnesty International files a formal protest.
