Well, we'll see additions to DHS' Indy Stunt Show first, but you can guarantee that the movie will be a hit. Come on, it's Indiana Jones!

I think if they ere going to update anything they should update Star Tours first. As far as Inian Jones goes I think the ride is perfect as is.

It is NEAR perfect. The constant breakdowns, the bad rat effect and the 2D dart room make it just a shade below perfection.

I yhinkthe money would be spent in other areas, but with the huge investment going into DCA. I don't see any upgrades coming anytime soon.

I have to admit that I like our Indy because of all the pyro effects. You don't get that in Tokyo because they aren't allowed to do indoor fire effects and as a result they have the wind funnel in the main chamber. Their ride is cool, but with some TLC and a change to the Bug and Rat Room (actually a lot of improvements with the whole thing) ours could be even more amazing. It is definitly an attraction that needs to be "plussed."

They can barely get the ride running consistently now, I'm thinking if they change things it might mess things up. Although they wouldn't need to add any more Indy AA's ... since they've got plenty of skeletons in there already.

Seriously, I think Calista sucked the life out of him, he looks older then Sean Connery!

I suspect he had a stroke at one point. For a while he only talked out of one side of his mouth.

Re: Should Indiana Jones Adventure get a Crystal makeover?

I would love it if Harrison Ford were to rerecord Indy's lines. New AAs would be nice too, but, in my opinion, they already look about as accurate as they ever would anyway, if the Jack Sparrow AAs are any guide.

I don't think I'd mind much if they added new touches, but adding new characters (or doing anything like what POTC did) would bug the heck out of me. However, I really doubt that would happen. This ride is already based on a movie (technically, yes, three); if they wanted it to be full of really obvious tie-ins, or follow the plot of one of the movies, they could have just done that. Instead they made a ride that has a lot of familiar moments and aspects, but its own unique story. I'm trusting it to stay that way.

Several people mentioned the flat paintings in the dart room. I gotta say - I like this one the way it is. Yeah, 3D reliefs might look cooler, but paintings with blowdart holes in them are a very cool and sneaky trap, since that's what this is supposed to be. It's a lot more subtle than statues or carvings. At least, that's how I always saw it.

Yes, I mean most likely all that they would do is ADD to the ride, the bolder and bridge would still be their so as long as those 2 stay I would be fine with some new effects and redone rooms. The rides over 10 years old, time for some change.

Ok I know the movie isn't based on the Tokyo DisneySeas attraction, but it would be fun it George Lucas gave us an Indy 5 and 6 and they were based on Temple of the Forbidden Eye and Temple of Peril.

I think it's kind of special that the Cyrstal Skull version is only in Tokyo, just like their Shiriku (sp?) version of ToT. Gives me more reason to save up for a Japanese crash course and go some day.
