perfect timing for me, I was creating a ride in the Grizzly Peak area of DCA (a ride similar to Big Thunder Mountain) that used the previous grass area for the loading/unloading station and train storage

^ that's a bummer, why not use the play area in Grizzly Peak for the queue and load area? just a suggestion..

pianoman that's funny you said that because after I read this thread i did you some of the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail area for the load area and train storage. i decided to put it below ground level with the show area of the play area on top.

Anyways, the expansion looks like it going pretty fast and should end up good. Does anyone think Disney will add another hotel entrance into DCA. Here's a pic of a pre-exsiting entrance, it looks like its for cast members only though.

^^ That would be a pretty good place for an entrance. How far west is The Little Mermaid ride going to be? Maybe the entrance could be themed to TLM.

the ride building would go to about the entrance, and I guess they could theme it like that, not my favorite idea, but considerable, anyways we don't even know if there is even going to be an entrance there

That was the old Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel Entrace Now the door Still there. It may still use for Castmember I think not. Right Now all block off.

It can may use for the new DVC Resort.

thanks for the info i didn't know Paradise pier hotel once had an entrance to DCA, but since its not being used i think that would be a good entrance from the GRand californian, i think it should be used for all hotel guests not just Disney vacation club though

i think i'm gonna start a thread on my new Grizzly Peak attraction; I think I'll call it Grizzly Peak Mining Expedtion (It would be a cross between Big Thunder and Expedtion:Everest, i'll explain in a thread, I might start it tomorrow.
