It just so happens I met Tony, or Big-T, in Downtown Disney. I have never brought this up before.
Nothing gets the Swab huffin and puffin like the Gazelle. I feel sick.

for some reason after a lot of walking my calves hurt. maybe it's the slight inclines around the park. My feet are usually fine.
    Yeah, I get that too.

I'd say a full 8 hours at Disneyland is like a little less than an hour and a half on one of these machines.

I bet his calves don't hurt walking around the park. Wonder what he does with those long flowing locks of hair when he goes on rides.

He keeps them away from Pele on the Tiki room for sure.

I discovered that if I walk slower, and wear comfortable walking shoes, I can avoid calf pain.

I'm sure that flexability comes in handy during a long day at the park.

Flexibility usually comes in more handy at night, I'm told.

Tony never gets a long day at the parks. He is ususally hounded by the media and fans. I hear he is quite temperamental.

    My bad.

Tony Little is a fitness professional and thought his techniques could benefit Disneyland day walkers. He always seems to have this affect on a thread.
I will no longer endorse him.

    Back on topic:
I read in the Annual Passholder mag that free ped-o-meters can be obtained.

Mea culpa. I called down the Tony, and have paid for it.

Man I missed the whole Tony discussion because I was busy posting about IASW. Well aren't I just messed up as far as priorities go.

Re: Huffing and Puffing (Training for Disneyland Vacation)

    To get back on topic

You'll be walking much more in DCA than DL... I never realized how much more walking there is there (duh, I suppose!) You can EASILY get 3 miles/day of walking just fine by Oct
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
