Sleeping Beauty's Castle looks better...

The castle at night is one of my favorite things. It's sooo beautiful, and the holiday 'icicles' made me love it even more!

During the day, the castle gives me this fake feeling. At night time it seems so much more real.

It looks so much better at night, its almost as if its a completely different castle. It actually looks kind of strange during the day when the sun is hitting it directly, it makes the blues and pinks look way too bright.

As much as I love the night lighting on the castle, I'm going to have to go with daytime. If you catch it at just the right time of day (usually late afternoon, or sometimes very early morning)...well its a very beautiful sight. I know I have a picture of the lighting I'm talking about...just a matter of finding it. I really need to tag my pictures better.

Regular Season: Day. The view of it as you walk down Main Street still affects me as an adult.

Holiday Overlay Time: Night. The "ice lights" this year were excellent.

I love the castle during the day. Seeing the castle as a kid for the first time was just so overwhleming for me. So everytime I see the castle during the day I am reminded of that feeling.

For me its definitely during the day, it feels bigger and more real during the day. At night it just really seems more cartoony to me. There is nothing better than that first glimps of the castle when I walk out from the tunnel after arriving at DL.

I know I'm in the minority here but I've never been a fan of DL at night, only because once the lights start coming on I know it means that it's almost time to go home.

I like it during the day depending on the time and how bright it is. But Now a days I think the castle is over light at night and kind of looks like a bruise.
