Best ride to ride at night?

Whether it be speeding around on Screamin' or splashing down a mountain in the dark, what is your favorite ride to ride at night?

Mine would have to be the Matterhorn, because you get a couple good views of Disneyland at night!
Welcome to the Aperture Science Enrichment Center.

If you ever see a skinny eight year-old looking kid sprinting through Adventureland, yell "Hi!" at me!
    Btw, I'm really not eight.

So I'm sitting at my computer thinking, hey, I need a creative signature so that people on micechat will remember me. And then it hits me: I'll just type it up!
    I sure am creative.

Depends, sometimes it's the ride home.

Actually, I think there was another thread with this very name not too long ago, but I'll bite. I love the Matterhorn during fireworks. Space Mountain is nice at night because of the added speed, though your eyes tend to be a little more adjusted to the darkness, allowing you to see more of the track and such.

Then there are rides like Pirates that are actually significantly better in the day, simply because part of the amazingness is the transition into an imaginary nighttime.

Big Thunder Mountain, no matter at WDW or DL. The Matterhorn is great too!

Matterhorn while the fireworks are going off is magic!

I am a huge fan of Jungle Cruise at night because the skippers can control what you can see with the lights. It seems more like an adventure.

Are the skips actually funny under cover of darkness? Maybe all these years I've been only hearing the 'opening act' skips--maybe the 'headliners' go on stage at night?

Last time I went (back in December) we took a night time ride on both the Mark Twain and the DLRR, and I agree with Swab, really lovely rides. On the other hand, when I am wiped out tired, I love to ride Pirates just one more time. Especially when the park has emptied out a little, and the line is short and they aren't bunching the boats up so closely. It's a great way to wrap up a visit.

Agreed, but all this agreeing with me must end--you are in danger of being labelled a hand-wringer, or a theme-nazi, or a 'Disney Purist'. (I feel compelled to warn you of the perils of unhealthy association and the influence of bad company).

Perhaps it's my way of undermining your creidibility.
