    Napa Rose Cooking School?

Has anyone done this during Disney's California Food & Wine Festival. I'm toying with the idea, but with it costing $400 I'd like to get some feedback about it first.

    Re: Napa Rose Cooking School?

My husband and I have gone the past two years and have signed up for this year. Basically you go in and they talk about things related to cooking and demonstrate some and make you cook some and then you eat. It is really interesting to get into the kitchen, the people are warm and friendly, the food is outstanding, the wine is fantastic, you get ultra top secret recipes -- the fact that one showed up in Bon Appetit was just a decoy to test our loyalty -- and you get to have some one on one time with the Napa Rose chefs. I don't know that you learn a whole lot but we do have a terrific time.
