    "The E Ticket" ceases publication.

Don't know if this has been posted before, but apparently the finest magazine ever published about Disneyland, "The E Ticket," has ceased publication, and the name sold. I understand Jack Janzen will be in contact about issuing credit for subscriptions.

    RIP E Ticket.

    Very sad.

I wonder who bought the name and if there are future plans to use it.

Looks like DL history is being erased outside the berm as well. Too bad.

I'm really saddened by this news but it does not surprise me. It seemed as if Jack was having a harder time getting issues published, the time in between each just continued to grow. Still, I'm totally bummed by this!

Goodbye "E" Ticket! You will be missed.

    Oh no!

Why must so much bad news surface at once?

Very sad news, indeed, but certainly not unexpected.

The name has been sold? Interesting.

Any clue if the purchasing entity plans on continuing publication?

I have no further info. The info above came from someone who spoke to Jack in January.

Very sad news. What the Janzens accomplished over the years is nothing short of wonderful. The E-Ticket will remain a treasure for us Disney fans.

    The website expired on 02/21/08.

I wonder what will happen to the back issues inventory they had.

E Ticket gave such wonderful insight to our beloved Disneyland. I loved getting my hands on a new magazine knowing I would be filled with wonderful information, great interviews, and many never seen before pictures.

I figured that when I bought a subscription over 2 years ago and received only 2 magazines. Everyone kept saying they wee still in business, just really slow at putting the magazine out, but I had my doubts on hat one. I won't hold my breath about getting a refund either.
