Finally!!!!!!! (Going to Disneyland Alone)

So I leave tomorow night for DL for the weekend but this time I'm finally going to get some time to be there by myself. I can finally take pictures go on some ride with a single rider pass and what not!!!!

Very cool! Have fun. There are definitely unique perks to going alone and with a group, and it strikes me as healthy to be able to appreciate and enjoy both. Just take it easy, do some stuff you normally wouldn't, and have a great time!

I use to think I "had" to be with someone or with a bunch of people to enjoy Disneyland. Its still great fun to be with a group (MiceChatters in particular), but now that I've spend some time alone in the park I've come to appreciate being able to take my time, see what I want to see, when I want to see it, and if I want to just sit and people watch or window shop on my own time I can... and its great.

I love going solo. The first time was a bit awkward during meal time but I got over it pretty quick. My kids and my wife only like to go once a year so I get to go solo a couple times each year. My next trip will be for Westfest in May. I can't wait!!!

I went by myself for the first time last year and enjoyed myself. I would say that boredom sets in a little quicker when you're by yourself. If you're used to a 7-day trip with friends or family, you might find that 4 days is enough when on your own (those numbers being entirely hypothetical).
