 | Prince Caspian Pre-Parade From DL News Today: A common practice at Disneyland is a pre-parade to whatever parade is showing, which right now is of course Walt Disney’s Parade of Dreams. Currently an Enchanted pre-parade shows about 10 minutes before the parade. But Enchanted has run it’s course, & it’s time for a new pre-parade. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian pre-parade will start performances at 3:20pm on Friday April 25th, 2008. |

| Re: Prince Caspian Pre-Parade Disney has been anti Prince lately ~ Prince Edward from enchanted has made no appearances, the princes from the parade of dreams are not appearing this year either. Will they really have Prince Caspian appear in Disneyland?????? |

Perhaps this why Giselle is still making all those appearances in the pre-parade. ORWEN: It's the same at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. Last week when we swooped down on the place we saw Giselle riding in a fancy carriage during THEIR pre-parade, too! |

| Prince Caspian Pre-Parade Photos I caught the pre-parade earlier this afternoon. A CM said it was their first weekend running the pre-parade. Some pictures below... Standard bearers herald the arrival of Prince Caspian. He's about to emerge from the shadows.  My first thought was: "I wonder how hot these CMs get in these costumes?" Temps were in the 90s today.   Of course I haven't seen the movie yet, but based on what I remember of the poster, he looks the part.  I'm guessing that the art on these standards represent something from the book/movie. There were four different designs.  And the glamorous role of stable attendant should Prince Caspian's horse leave an unwanted souvenir behind.  It kind of reminded me of the Enchanted pre-parade. Except that the Prince is prince-ly enough to ride his own horse and not a carriage. Note: you can click any photo to go to my Flickr set and see larger versions. |
