Say there fishy that's a fancy doodle camera I wish I had oneWait.. now I do =D yay! With my own camera broken back in early '06 I've had to rely on the camera feature from my camcorder to take pictures with, but now I've got a fancy shmancy camera of my own I can waste thousands of dollars in new lenses for!
Quick! Run and take the atypical disney shots!!! Partners!! Twain on the river!! The grizzle rapids!!
Oh no! NOOOOOO!! No picture of paradise pier's boardwalk oh I've failed =( Guess you'll have to make due with your regular ole micechat sunday meet already in progress.
The meet was medium sized. A few old favorites were there including pocky-sharing. Even rabbit got a few carrotsticks worth. And we were overjoyed to hear that a new micechat baby would soon be joining us in a few months thanks to one of our very own micechat kiddos. Does a hidden stuffed animal get you front of the line passes?
"Pizza Port?"
"Whitewater?"
"Hungry Bear?"
Take a guess at who they followed =)
Dusty and Bulb decide on what kind of bear appetite they have, but skip on dessert as someone's made the group home made cookies made with 80% "love," as it's called nowadays. Sounds like slippin' a mickey or some sort of cookie equivalent :P
We ate like the bears underneath the tall trees of the forest
Meanwhile it appears the baby's been born! It's a turtle! Duuuuuuude! The granddad looks so proud!
Both of our new little micechat troopers led our group today with interesting Disney factoids such as why they aren't allowed to ride in their favorite spot on Splash Mountain anymore because of the new height restrictions, and even pulled a micechatterism by asking the CM why the bluebird was missing. After being told that it had been gone a while now they replied "Oh well, but the goat's back!"
Rixter suggests the group check out an old fond memory of his by going to see the steel drum band on top of the Jungle Cruise dock.
Well there wasn't a band, but we found some steel drums before boarding onto our boat.
Dusty and Bulb mock the oncoming "danger"
Rixter began to blow bubbles and wiggles his ears, scaring the oncoming hippos and saving us all.... until what's that in the bushes?
Ahhhhhh oh they got us again totally by surprise. Dusty screams like a schoolgirl while Bulb is just angered.
All is saved when we pass through the backside of water.
On the way out we notice a small group, clearly tired from the lack of a sitdown restaurant inside the Tahitian Terrace, decide to create their own. We on the otherhand head towards Frontierland.
And here we are at Thunder only to see it's closed. Yippee kieyiiyay. Not to worry though because the trains are cycling and a line has already formed. We were minding our business at the end until a violently aggressive security member came and barked at us to move over against the wall. Just look at the anger and hostility in his face.
Marlboro Man Rixter tells us to hang onto our hats and glasses.. cuz the goat's back and this here's the wildest goat trick in the wilderness.
The choices were then given to the little micechatters. Would they rather go on Innoventions or Haunted Mansion? *sigh* Of course they had to pick the one none of us wanted to go on. What could be behind the ominous door? Why an aura of foreboding... And consider this dismaying observation... a first-person photo account from the hanging corpse as it collapses to the floor =D
With the park travels over and the oldchatters pooped a small part of the group decided to hang up their goldpans and settle down at the Hearthstone in front of the cozy campfire.
Towards the end, a weary old traveler came in and sat down on the fire mantle to share some tall tales of his childhood traveling to California through the great sequoias. A little kid named Dusty added, "they're very big sir"
And then the sun was setting so it was time I set off to prepare for my evening. Toodleoo!
