    Jungle Cruise

so who has ridden it since it reopened this weekend??? or did it reopen???

when i was there a few weeks ago, an adventureland cm told my friends and i they might be adding something new...

i highly doubted it, but are there any changes or is it the same old Jungle Cruise???

    thanks

    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

    You've never noticed the crocodiles?

There's Ginger. She snaps. She's one tough cookie.
    xD

I never take pictures on JC because it's always the same.
For certain you must be lost to find the places that can't be found. Elseways, everyone would know where it was.

Hey Robby! I was just about to ask the same question on here. I remember you telling me about this when we were down there last month. And I remember when we were snooping around and trying to get a glimpse of what was going on. haha. Well at least the Jungle Cruise that we all know and love is back! Yay! See you this weekend Robby!

Ok, seriously, that is painful. I actually cringed while reading that joke. I honestly hope the current Skips either don't use it or at least don't deliver it in that fashion. They should red line that joke and for safe measure burn the page it was written on. Wow... ok if anyone else would like the soapbox I'm done using it!

Well, it could be delivered in a manner that mocks its corniness. Only a real good skipper could pull it off, though.
And, meh, it's one of what, 30 jokes told on a cruise? Not all of them will get a laugh. Groans are part of the cruise experience as well.

Granted it is all in the delivery, but there are some jokes that you pretty much leave for dead, snaps was one of those for a lot of us. We used to have a challenge, take a groaner and somehow make it funny. We got a lot of good solid jokes out of that competition, but we also learned when to walk away. I'm trying right now to think of what I used for the crocs, usually I highlighted the tiger or the cobras but I know I had a croc joke... can't remember. I'll post it if I remember it.
