Have you ever wanted to visit Disneyland or DCA for a few hours only showing up to long lines and crowded walkways? Well how about a thread that people can update when the park is really buisy? This thread is focused at AP's who have smartphones or an iPhone so that they can update live. Of course updates from home or a hotel room will work too. So I encourage people to subscribe to this thread and update it. Let's see how this goes!

Wonderful idea! I've always wished they would have a camera focused on the board that tells the wait times for the most popular rides so I can tell if it is worth a drive up!

That would be great! My DL commute is just over an hour and I hate it when I get there and the signs on the freeway indicate that the park is crazy crowded! It's expected during weeks like this, but on the off-peak times, it takes one by surprise.

cedar point has a webcams spread out throughout the park. wouldnt it be awesome if disneyland did the same thing only pointed at the wait time board???

Yeah that would be nice. But I can see where Disney wouldn't want to detract buisness. They do have cameras that we see on the morning news every now and then, but I think its on ABC so you know how that goes!

Agreed. I am at the park right now. Do not come if you want to ride on anything. All fastpasses are pretty much gone and wait times are about an hour and a half for major attractions. Pooh was a 20 minute line itself. It took me 20 minutes to go from Pooh to Tomorrowland where I'm reporting from. Even all the shops are pretty full.

Ugh, holidays...
When does the Spring Break period typically start dying down? I know March 30 ends the blockout period for SoCal APs (and I, like every other SoCal APer I'm sure, will be heading down that day). Are the crowds expected to be dying down by then? Of course, if they are, the rush of APers will probably replace them...
