    Goofy's Kitchen question

Hey all I have a question I need to ask. Last week I had book a lunch for Goofy's Kitchen for 1:30 but when I did the cast memeber on the phone told me it will be close by then so she told me to put it for a 12:30 time. What I want to know is why is Goofy's kitchen going to be close at 1:30. Is it for they can change the food from lunch to dinner or is there something else that I don't know of. Please anyone that may know from anyone working at Goofy's Kitchen to people that just knows why they be close?

The same thing happened to my family a few months ago. We showed up around 2pm hoping to just "get in", and they were closed. They told us that they were switching the food from Lunch to Dinner. I believe they start serving dinner around 5pm. I've been there a few times, my kid loves it, and I've always gone for dinner. We love it and the food is actually pretty good. Enjoy!

That's what I though it could of been. To bad they don't do like Hometown buffet does just change it when people are there.

Yeah, but Goofy's food doesn't taste like someone else already ate it.

The one and only time I ate at a Hometown buffet I found a twist-tie in my potatoes. That was enough for me. Any who, having been to Goofy's Kitchen a few times now, I can definitely recommend it. The food is great

Oh I have been there before which was last year in Oct. but it was for a 6:30 time. I was just wondering why they close at 1:30.

I take it that Hometown Buffet is not a "signature restaurant"? Where is the Hometown Buffet?

Hometown Buffet is a chain of buffets that run around the country, I think. I know there's a few here in Southern California.

And I haven't eaten at Goofy's Kitchen. I wasn't very happy with Ariel's Grotto's food selection though. I'm really picky. How does Goofy's Kitchen work anyway? Is it buffet-syle?
Code Lee-Oh-Co (Or Jessica, if you want)

Goofy's Kitchen closes at 2:00 pm(meaning no more seatings). The characters leave at 2:15, they start pulling food at 2:30.
It opens again at 5:00 for dinner.

I wasn't impressed with Ariel's Groto either. There are not enough choices on the menu. I had a burger which was ok but the roll was horrible. Someone else in our party had the fish and chips and it looked like it was a frozen dinner heated in the microwave.

    Goofy's is a buffet.

the only time I was in a hometown buffet (left without eating) kids were running around crazy, eating on food and putting it back in the food trays, touching everything. No parents were around them.....i turned and walked out.
