that would be a waste of money IMO if it was just going to be a parking lot. It's already been long rumored to be the spot for a third gate.

Strawberry feild? really? but its so small. I haven't been on the plot of land but god it's tiny. why would they waste money on a trap of a theme park?

Unless there's a connection to the DLR, than it might as well be in Long Beach. If it's going to be a 3rd gate to the DLR, there has to be some sort of transportation to it.....

Actually that land could be built out to have a theme park that matches DCA after it expands into Timon.

The land is just awkwardly shaped.

Don't forget the area would also include the KAtella CM parking lot.

as for transportation, don't worry there are plans for a transportation system that would join all three parks and there are also plans for another parking structure as several hotels.

We will most likely see somekind of work in less then a decade
