I really enjoy the pictures of the close up stuff, because I don't know remember seeing half of it. I have to remember to slow down and pay attention next time. Excellent pictures!!

So it was on to the ride where I found a nifty setting on my camera that allowed Night Vision. It gave everything a "Blair Witch"-y feel, but it made for some of the best (green tinted) pirates pics I've ever taken

So we got to the auction scene and suddenly I notice a bunch of boats backed up in front of us. Now this is weird cause the furthest I've ever been backed up is like the burning city scene. We sat around for a while as CMs came on the PA telling us they'd have us up and running soon

To watch the AA's moving but not speaking. Then we (being the nerds we are) started yelling out the non-existant dialogue "We Wants the Red Head" "Six, who makes it six" etc. Far funnier than it should have been
Eventually they shut off the AA's and nothing moved except the chasing pirates. It was eerily silent.

After a while they started evacuating boats. Since we were far from the shore, they let our boats float through to the bridge before the fire scene
I gave up and started using my flash (cause the magic was gone the second they started moving but not talking)

I realized yesterday, as I started putting together the intro photo montage for the podcast, that still photos of Pirates when broken...
Well, they don't really look like much. I mean, it's cool because they're the best and clearest shots we've been able to get of the attraction. The work lights are on, but they're not overly bright and just give things that moonlit appearance. But nothing drastic. Even when the lights are on, it's still nighttime in there.
It just looks like some normal, albeit good, photographs.
Oh, but video. That's a totally different story. And me doing the video recording of the day's events makes up for not participating in all the still photography.
Cool TR so far. Can't wait for the rest.
