I just finished watching Monsters Inc. and noticed that in the background of a scene there is Disneyland Posters on the walls.
Near the end of the movie, Mike goes into the room to make the kid laugh, that's where the Disneyland posters are.

I haven't noticed that before! I'll have to pay better attention.
I love when Sully goes into Boo's room and she has all kinds of Pixar paraphenelia. (Jesse doll, nemo plush...)
Also the pizza planet truck is in the drive way of the trailer home Randall gets beaten up in.
Thats sooooo cool cant wait to see it![]()
Yep. I saw the Rocket to the Moon (I think it was) poster a while ago, but the last time I saw it I also saw the columbia posterAre there any more hidden there? That kid must have a pretty cool room.

I noticed it the first time I saw it (but after Toy Story 2's Matterhorn spiel I always try to find that stuff), I believe there's the Columbia poster by the bed and the Rocket Jets poster by the closet door. Sad when Disneyland gets more attention from Pixar than it's actual parent company (at least at that point in time).
Also the rubber ball that's been in every Pixar film since their first short. The attention to detail in the Pixar films is flat-out amazing.Originally Posted by iheartdisney

Actually, you can read all the text if you were able to zoom in all the way. There is actual stuff written on every object.
In Monsters Inc, there is a Columbia poster, I think and an old school Tomorrowland poster. I have to check the extras on the DVD. Speaking of the DVD, it's one of my favorites!
Well, light travels from the sun. Then, bounces off of our planet, and back into our eyes so we can perceive color. My body can intercept that light and dance around on it!

The show was just on Disney Channel and the word "Tomorrowland" caught my eye on the poster near the boys bed. It's a one of the old posters for Rocket Jets. And there's also a Columbia sailing ship poster near his bedroom door.
I thought it was strange to see Disneyland posters in a Pixar movie, there must have been a big Disney Fan working on that certain scene![]()

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive.
If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."
Disneyland. My Anti-drug.
With all this talk of "off the shelf" and "on the back-burner" it seems the only thing that DCA is really missing is the kitchen sink!
