Where can I park a trailer near Disneyland?

Sooooo, I'm travelin' down to SoCal to drop off a Submarine Voyage prop on Saturday May 3rd, and to pick up a very large piece of Disneyana on Sunday May 4th.

We're going to be in Anaheim for the "Taste-Wine and Food Festival" at DCA on Saturday night, and I'm trying to figure out where to park a 6' x 12' U-Haul trailer for the night. None of the local hotels are willing to accomodate me and my trailer.

    HELP!!

How about a nearby U-Haul shop?

Agreed with the wal-mart parking lot thing. There is a wal-mart right off of the 5 freeway and Euclid, the exit before harbor.

It'll be empty. Do you think they'll let me leave it there without my truck attached to it?

Not that WalMart. Although the WalMart Co is trailer friendly that particular property owner, the owner of the shopping center, is not. My cousins have had a runin about it before.

I know that that there is a parking lot right next to the Hilton on Convention way. It didn't belong to the Hilton, but it was RIGHT next door. We were able to park a huge box van there. The only deal was, if you two up more than one space, you had to pay per space, per day. It worked though. There was also someone's camper parked there too.

To live would be an awfully big adventure.

You could always call the local parking lots for the airports and see if you can leave just a trailer there. John Wayne is close, and I imagine they wouldn't mind. It's pretty out of the way, but it sounds like it may be the only real option.

Yep. We were staying at the Hilton and and they couldn't fit our box van in their lot, so we parked it next door at the Marriott (?). It was about $18 a day () and if you took up more than one spot, they charged you per spot, per day... but at least we were able to park it.

To live would be an awfully big adventure.
