I'd have to vote for PeopleMover, Haunted Mansion, Disneyland/Disneyland Hotel combo (great, clean lines!) and Tiki Room/Tahitian Terrace combo.

I love the People Mover poster but I would love to have them all adorn my walls.

There are so many I want to own but first I would pick Pirates, Tiki or the Jungle Cruise.

This is not necessarily for an attraction, but I absolutely love the art of Herb Ryman. I have a poster from the Disney Gallery that has his rendition of the 4 castles. Very cool!

Ryman is my favorite of Disney's concept artists. Even if it's just a rendering of the apartment that Walt was to keep (that later became the Disney Gallery), everything he makes just looks fantastic.

I think there's a Ryman of the future Gallery hanging up in the Hotel convention complex at the staircase next to Goofy's Kitchen.
