1957 TV episode "Mars and Beyond" would be great for a Tomorrowland ride!
Just ran across this on YouTube. I had seen some clips before.

I think this segment in particular would make an awesome Tomorrowland attraction, with animatronics for all the bizarre creatures.

Edit function is acting screwy, so I'll just reply...I imagine that Mission to Mars took some inspiration from this, though I don't remember much about that ride other than the way the theater/capsule looked. I'm picturing something that you actually ride through, rather than a simulator.

That sure sounds like Paul Frees(Haunted Mansion, Adventure thru Inner Space) as the narrator in this video.
It would be nice too see Tomorrowland back on track instead of "Tomorrow-Pixar-Land".

Yes, Mission to Mars (Rocket to the Moon, etc.) drew inspiration from the Tomorrowland series on the Disneyland TV show.

I love that! Yea it would be so cool. It would work nicely with the people mover if they could expand the show buildings and make them cover more tracks. Then the people mover could be like a mars rover.
