    It's gone too far [Monorails]

The Monorail. Thursday, they were spot counting seats for the monorail and told me for a 45 minute wait! This has gone too far. They aren't running one ways either. You can stay on. They only have poor old purple who is getting the crap beat out oif her. Monorail Red broke doen ON THE SWITCH stopping service for the rest of the night.

Disney- Fix the problems! Get it up and running. This can't go on much longer!

haha ya! On Friday, we went to put our pins out at Store Command. We barely squeezed on to the tram on the way there because hardly anyone got off the Monorail. Then when we went to get in line to go back to Pin Traders in Downtown Disney, they told us it would be a 30 minute wait! My boyfriend (wicket) and I were like... "uh we're walking".

There are many times I wish I was rich enough to buy the entire Disney company from all stockholders and keep control of Disney so it's less about making money and more about making people happy!

When I first read that I thought it said, "They SERIOUSLY need to clone a whole army of Walts and Ed Griers." I was getting confused.

Saturday and Sunday Disenyland was doing one way trip and have you walk out the gate and to get back on the monorail.

    the line was long.
it's a ten minute wait for Monorail Purple or Dream monorail to come back to the station.

is it really an issue just walking to the main gate? I can't recall the last time I rode in the monorail. Probably because i didn't like the wait, but that's why I chose other options.

We haven't been on the monorail in quite awhile. The last time we tried from Downtown Disney, the line was almost down the steps.

...And we need the exercise. I wonder what the hold up is on monorail red.

The hold up has to do with the doors and sensors. I don't use the monorail as transportation really, it's an attraction for me, so I ride it for fun. It was 45 minutes at Tommorowland and DD!

Well it's actually a practical means of transportation between the hotel/DTD and tomorrowland, which is the reallly cool thing about it. That's all I ever use it for. I eat somewhere at the DL Hotel or DTD, and ride the monorail to the park- A very cool shortcut.

-I've never seen a long line though, and I wouldn't even bother waiting in line for longer than 1 cycle because it takes forever. If there was a line that reached to the steps I wouldn't even think of riding.

That, and dismantle all the government regulations and bodies that exist today that weren't around back then.

They are working as fast as they can getting monorail red up and running. The OP is just whining because they're not doing it on his/her schedule. Patience, padawan.
