I called DLR and asked the question about when to arrive. I told her that our emails said to arrive "at least 30 minutes before your time slot."

She said they really didn't use the best wording and that what it should have said was to arrive "no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the start (of your window of time) and no later than 30 minutes before the end of your time slot."

So, for example, if your time slot is 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the earliest they will allow you to check in is 9:30 AM, and the latest you should arrive is 2:30 PM.

Also, for those who don't know, the West information booth is located on the left side, before the bag check area (after you get off the Mickey & Friends tram)

i had no idea they did this!

My feeling from today was that they were going to do that if crowds were very low. When I got there at 10am, the ride was down and they were testing, but it seemed that they were telling ALL who stopped by to try back later. Of course, there were only two or three people coming by at a time...not large crowds.

On the email that was sent, it says the passholder who won the tickets must be present. Does that mean that passholder has to get the tickets to ride and then the rest of the group can go on when ever they want, or does the whole group have to get on the ride when the winning passholder goes?
