Is there a blockout day schedule of the days cast members cant sign people in? Is there anyway to view it?

Yes. It changes a little here and there from year to year.

Disneyland: July 4th,5th- July 11th through August 17th.. Novemeber 28th and 29th. December 6th and 7th, 13th and 14th, and the 20th through the 31st.

DCA: November 28th and 29th. December 25th through the 31st.

Please note that these days are subject to change.

The information can be found on the HUB. And is printed on the the cardboard sleeve that your Blue Pass comes in in the mail.
