    A Ladybug Query

I know I am full of questions tonight...

Yesterday my wife and I took the kids on Francis, and I witnessed a really bizarre thing. I know the cars get close when they reach the intersection between tables, but I watched 3 cars almost collide. I say almost, because once the ride was over I was able to walk onto the table and look at the cars. They were literally within inches of each other, likely on the next setting in the turntable. I have seen cars close before, but this was the closest I have ever seen them. Which prompted a couple questions.

I know we have at least one Bugsland resident. So...

    1. Do the Francis cars ever collide?
    2. Is it possible for the Francis cars to collide?
    3. If they collide, will it set off an AES or ARS?
    4. Have they ever collided before?
    5. If they have collided, was it a soft collision or a hard bump?
    6. What happened to those riding in the cars?

Thanks in advance for any and all answers. I considered a PM but I felt others would likely be curious as well.

I know I'd be curious as well. The one and only time I rode it was during the Gumball Rally and it was a VERY rough ride ... made me sick and I wanted to get off!

Suddenly I feel like Dr. Watson... Details man Details...

My comment to hard or soft bump was main directed at the fact that the cars are spinning so I would think the majority of force would actually be deflected depending on the angle of impact. I am also curious as to how often this happens. I have never heard of it happening before, so I assume the chances of an impact are rare... but then again I have never seen cars that close before.

See JYD... not everything I post relates to Jungle, and not everything I say is a condescending comment about DCA!
