I think it would be too difficult. Aside from the appearance that they'd be endorsing any of the groups, it would be impossible to manage. Any group could decide on any day to have a large meet-up. And, god forbid, Disney forget to list them.

I agree with aashee that they've done the smart thing by generally just ignoring them.

And FWIW, we happened upon Gay Days in October 2002. Except for the fact that there were a lot of people with red shirts, it was a normal day in the park.

No - because then they'll ALWAYS be expected to know about a mass of people coming in... and will have to let everyone know when there are conventions in town, special events in the area.. etc. if they begin to let people know about any and everytime that high numbers are expected, then they will begin to lose numbers, because people will choose other times to attend the park.... and let's face it, Disney loves their "peak seasons."

    I'd hoped and wished
    My life would feel enchanted!
    Wished and prayed
The fates would hear my plea
    Prayed and wow!
My prayers are more than granted!
Look at it all, hall after hall
Perfect as you could please here!
    Marvels galore, and even more
Gee, did I mention he's here?
And if - who knows? - all of it goes
    Past even these extremes
Just look at me and you will see
    Someone beyond her wildest dreams!

They don't as was already said. At the MC Third Anniversary and Gumball Rally 2 this year, from what I understand, MC was mentioned in the CM dailies (or whatever they are called.) I'd bet that when Disney knows any large group is showing up they try to educate the CM so they can answer questions.
As far as I know, they are in the Cast Member Reference Guide.

    That was you?

Nope, didn't have to look that one up, believe it or not. How's Shawn? Did I get that part right?
