The new menu looks gross. I wonder what cheddar corn bread tastes like?? I think I can still get my pork po' boy at Riverbelle though. Those prices are a joke! Even by Disney standards.

The new menu looks great. I never much cared for the old menu at FM, to me it was pretty run of the mill and uninspired. Looks like the chefs worked overtime to put this one together and deliver something worth slowing down for.

I like fried chicken as much as the next guy, but really if I want that, I'll go to KFC. Sorry folks, just won't miss it.

The new menu looks delicious, and much "classier" for the setting.

I'm pleased that they kept the chowder.

They still have the real dishes and silverware.

    And they tasted great!

Last time I was at Knott's their chicken stop (not the restaurant) outside of the park and the wait was like over an hour. I ended giving up. Still have not had their chicken. But I guess its pretty good? lol.

For now, what will happen when the NOS Main kitchen goes down for a major refurb this fall (and one of the reasons why the Menu got changes, the items selected can travel from the future prep area (The Plaza Inn Kitchens) to the French Market.

My guess, no more "real plates and silverware", at least during the refurb!

Well, you could have gone down the street to Po'Folks, but I don't know what their fried chicken tastes like. Probably not as good as Mrs. Knotts.

One of the problems may be is that it's become harder to get fried chicken inside Knotts, so many Knotts park-goers go outside the gates at Chicken-To-Go, and it backs the line up.

So, it's not just Disneyland, Knotts too, has decreased their fried chicken outlets, inside the park.

    A war on fried chicken.

That is an honest toss up... because I enjoy both.

I have seen people line up for the chicken... but even more so for the biscuits. I personally LOVE the biscuits... and I always laugh at how many Knott's sells! All you can eat turns into "More Please"... those things never last long.

It all sounds very good to me! And none of the prices seem horrible, either. Maybe I'm just jaded to these sorts of prices. IDK.

Whatever the case, I will definitely be eating there on Saturday.

Is it still sponsored by Stouffer's? Seeing that was always a turn-off, but the new menu looks so much better! And higher prices will likely mean shorter lines, yay!

I've always thought that their beef stew was terrible. French Market was sponsored by Stouffers, so what you were getting was not fresh at all.
