I was just wondering if anyone knows if you can still get a personalized plaque at Disneyland. Im not sure what they are called but they are the plaques that are on the ground from DCA to Disneyland. And if you can still get them, how do I that??
As far as I know, they are still for sale. And, again, as far as I know, you go to the news stand (the shop that is half in half out of Disneyland on the left of the gates) to get the packet for ordering them. I wanna check up on this though as it has been about 6 months since I went and looked.
I am excited to say that My husband and daughter got me a brick in the walkway and I love it. WE also got a clear glass replica for our house. The location of it is C30 081. I love looking at it whenever we go. I am proud to be a part of Disneyland history for now and tomorrow.
I hope you can get one. It is so cool. Good luck.
Yes, the "Walk of Magical Memories" bricks are still available, either at the News Stand or City Hall. They are $150 for the brick, $35 for the 4" replica, and they're guaranteed to be out there for at least 10 years. You can't put any phrases (IE: love you or happy birthday or RIP, etc.) on them, only names, dates, and places. 16 characters per line & spaces count as characters.

I got a brick for me and my wife during the Disneyland's 50th anniversary. It has a cool golden medallion with the 50th logo with Tinkerbell. I was wondering if they offer to renew your bricks location, or if they just take it out, and if you want a new one, it would be installed in a new location. I guess I'll find out in a few more years.

I bought one today so they are still available. On a worrying note, I noticed a whole batch near the DCA entrance that were much more faded than any other batch in the Esplanade. They looked like they had been sandblasted and they were only from 2004. A batch from 2000 were in fine shape by comparison. I'm wondering if they contact you in 10 years to ask to renew your brick or something. For $150 I felt it was a bargain, I was expecting the price to be double or triple that. I'll see how it looks in a month or two.
