BLAB only has one vote, so I guess that was mine...
I like TSMM but it has practically no narrative, while BLAB has a mission. I'll take a real three dimensional viewspace and movement over a mostly virtual one. One of these days BLAB deserves to get some plussing with more AAs and interesting targets. And the free pic to email at the end is a great touch.

I love BLAB to death, but it's a much harder game to know where you're shot hits then it is on TSMM. If there is a good 10 red dots blinking on the same target I can usually figure out mine, but it's alot tougher to get the target you want. The toughness I enjoy, but TSMM is a little bit easier for me.

With my vote, it's up to 3 for BLAB.

I'm in the minority that enjoys BLAB more than TSMM. In BLAB, there is a story and build-up to a "boss" monster at the end in the form of Zurg. The ride vehicles are also in constant motion which makes me feel like I'm in a dark ride. In TSMM, the "stops" in front of each game screen kinda take me out of the ride experience. And I feel like I'm just playing a series of games. TSMM is a brilliant technological achievement and quite fun. But the older tech of BLAB comprises a more complete and enjoyable experience for me.

I'll take one of each, please. To be fair I've only played through TSMM once, but I got a huge kick out of it and it's easily a must-ride on every DL visit from now on. For a while now BLAB has been a minor obsession of mine while at DL. There are enough differences (I'll detail my observations in that other thread) that it's not by any means the same experience, plus each has appealed to me in its own way.

But there are loads of targets in every room, except that final room with just the one on the wall. I've found that you're also within shooting range of high-value targets at just about every point along the game path. These can be across the room or even in adjacent rooms, but with careful aim they can be repeatedly tagged. Using both hands helps a lot, and--needless to say--so does using the sight on top of the gun. During a stoppage this becomes easier.

TSMM turns the cars for you and adds some thrill by jerking you a bit.
Yes, that jerking around was a great addition... ::rolls eyes::

I wish they would have put a warning about that. Mad Tea Party and Roger Rabbit's Car-Toon Spin, it's expected (and promoted). Is there even a sign to show that you're gonna get whipped around like a Tilt-A-Whirl?

My preggers wife now has TSMM added to her do-not-ride list.

After going on both in the same day, all I can say is Buzz sucks now , I got just pass the first Zurg had about 400,000 points already and I just got bored.

I'm not saying I won't go on Buzz again but, TSMM is truly a more engaging attraction.

BLAB is still a fun game because we already know what to do. In TSMM it's still hard to figure out how to get a high score.

TSMM. I just went on it for the first time this week and couldn't get enough. Hopefully the line will die down after a while. It's hard to see what you're shooting at on BLAB. On TSMM, it's easy to see the targets and there seems to be a lot of easter eggs. Although I still suck at it!

BLAB is good but TSM is better. Better aiming control. A great ride.
