Just a Duffy photo I want to share:
Something I worked on recently. A Ninjitsu outfit for Duffy. Colored red with a bit of white and on the gi is the letter "D" and the Kanji for "Love". His accessory is a sword.

Thanks for the tip Aimster but unfortunately even though Build a Bear UK ACTS like they will ship to the U.S., forcing me to create an account, enter all my personal information, including an option for state, zip code, etc., they then say they can't ship to the address.
I don't know why not. I've purchased items from ebay from the U.K. and they send it royal mail and since Build a Bear uses that or UPS, those both arrive in the U.S. fine. They could just have a calculator that charges me more.
I don't like how they demanded all my info first!
Anyway, it was thoughtful of you to think of me and I"m going to contact a few buyers in the U.K. and see if they'll acquire the 4 items I would like for me. I had already looked at ebay and amazon u.k. Oh, well. It's not like the bears are going to be naked! They have a sizeable wardrobe and lots of accessories (I just bought a small pool table (no legs, weird) sealed from Dollar Tree for 82 cents pwah ha ha (25% off $1.00)!
They won't be cold or bored for awhile!

It's actually a Duffy and ShellieMay sighting.
Japan's Coffin Apartments Are Not for Claustrophobes
It's an article on kotaku.com that shows that a Japanese television program that did a report on the "geki-sama share house". And if you go down what I saw was a ShellieMay plush wristbag (along with the Lotso plush).

Another poor blow to Duffy, and on his one month anniversary, too!
(Dated Duffy = 1/26, Duffy = 1/27)
I went to the mall (Opry Mills in Nashville, TN) and noticed they have a Disney outlet store. I went in just to see what they have and I asked, "Do you sell Duffy, the Disney bear here?"
The cast member's response (or maybe they're called employees when they're not actually working at the park?) said, "you know, I keep hearing requests for that but I don't even know who Duffy is!"
Okay, if you keep hearing requests for it and you work for Disney, even if you have to inform the customer that you don't carry the item, wouldn't you think this lady would have some curiosity to look it up and find OUT who Duffy is rather than voluntarily remain clueless?
Here's where it gets funny! I had to return a few items to Build A Bear (didn't realize the Alpine boy outfit was pea soup green next to red trim, it looks beige online), etc., and I happened to have my Duffy and Shellie May in the Tokyo Disney bag, so I took them out and basically shoved them in this lady's face but as a humorous thing, not snotty, and said, "this is wo Duffy is, this is Shellie May," told her the whole story and said, "see, aren't they cute? How can you NOT KNOW who he is?"
She did admit he was cute, and she likes Shellie May, too, so ha ha, maybe she will order one for herself even if the store doesn't carry them.
When I went into Build A Bear, the employee THERE totally recognized Duffy. She says she sees some people bring in the Duffy bear in a Build-A-Bear stroller but she didn't know the story or who Shellie May was.
Build a Bear rocks! Now the bears have two pawsport stamps
So I was at Disneyland on Sunday and discovered that the mini ears are on sale, 2 for $15 (originally $12.95 each). I never felt comfortable paying $25+ for two pairs of little ears, so when I saw the deal I decided not to pass it up. They're probably trying to get rid of them.
Anyway, here is a picture of what they look like on 12" bears. Pretty cute!
There were many different colors and styles to choose from (although ironically, no solid black, which would have been my preference), but I ultimately decided on classic blue and pink. The elastic chin strap is really long because it's meant for a human head, but was easily fixed with some tape.
Also, not to feel left out, Keychain Duffy has his own pair of mouse ears too (Barbie sized!)
Unfortunately, he can't wear them while he's hanging from his keychain, but gosh darnit they fit him perfectly!
JillT, I would probably have done the same thing as you did. How can you work for Disney and not know who at least Duffy is? SHEESH!
What those mini ears are on sale? Ohh! I have a pair of blue ones but have been wanting a couple other colors. I'm going to have to get back to WDW soon to get some... especially since I get an extra 10% off with my AP and I still got nearly $8 left on a gift card I got for Christmas. Man I wish I had know about this when I was at WDW last week.
Diznygirl, you are right, those black ears fit your keychain Duffy perfectly, and I like the pink ones on 12" Shellie May, too. The blues aren't bad and you can't beat the price!
I love Duffy's Disneyland shirt.
Diznygrl, those ears are TOO AWESOME!![]()

I must have the worst luck. Well, not really, in 9 days only one hour of rain
But only one character sighting = Duffy, who walked away from me even though he was in his official greeting spot (I'm normal looking, honest!)
Nobody else was behind me so how quickly did he need a break anyway?
Oh, well. The parks are a ton of fun whether there were any random character sightings or not. My sister and I had lots of character sightings in 2003 but i was unable to enlist her as a traveling companion this time. She says she's in her 40's now and sort of "over it". She's young at heart, but I guess not enough to do a full trip to Disney again. Ironically, I'M the older sister (also in my 40's).
I am not "over it" and got Disney in my blood even worse this time!
What does your screen name mean, I love great aur?
Jill, I too am in my 40's. We went for 10 days. Longest trip for us. I am so completely needing a WDW fix that it is indescribable. It hasn't even been 3 months since our trip ended!
I already answered this once, I Love Greataur is an anagram of my first and maiden names and is, by default, the name of the camarasaurus tattooed on my abdomen.
[QUOTE=aimster;1056926652]JillT, I would probably have done the same thing as you did. How can you work for Disney and not know who at least Duffy is? SHEESH!
You would be surprised on how little most Disney Store employees know about Disney characters and the like. Granted there are those who know the characters but when one runs into a clueless employee, it's a head scratcher. When the Disney Store had some Fantasia plush in 2010, I asked if they would be getting a Peter Pegasus plush. (The little black Pegasus from the Pastoral Symphony sequence.) No clue. (OK that may be an obscure example)
I guess Disney is not giving the stores enough info sheets on the characters and products. Then again, it's not like this information is hard to find. I guess I am one of those people who strives to know everything I can about the product I am working with.![]()
Work ethic!? Do we still have those in "developed" countries!?

Sorry to make you answer a second time; I just joined this month.
I went to WDW a month ago and am watching all the Disney movies, because I didn't realize there were over 300, plus there are some (alot) I didn't see. That might hold you over until you can go again, IlovergreataurThe library has most of them, then there's Netflix, Amazon instant video, and the rare purchase if all else fails.
