Thanks. I was sick all day & tonight, so that killed the NYE plans I had with the BF (he was going to cook for me, but instead brought me soup & stuff to help me feel better). So I decided to have some fun with the bears instead.

And that's MY tiara Shellie May is wearing. The crown Duffy is wearing is a leftover from NYE a few years ago when I went bowling with some friends. I somehow managed to save it. Usually my plushie of The Lorax wears it. :lol:

I'll have more photos over the weekend of the bears in the new clothes I got them yesterday at BAB.

I LOVE this outfit. Purple brings out Shellie May's out just as well as blue does. The bow I got at shop in the mall that sells hair accessories.

Then today I was at Old Navy and they had kid size animal hats 75% off (reg $19.94, marked down to $4.98). I saw this polar bear one and couldn't resist!

Ok, Shellie May want's to do a little fashion show to show off her Build-a-Bear dresses, and her blue Fair Isle sweater set.

So, here is the white & black "diamond fantasy" dress that Aimster has, and DuffyD will soon have.

I added the white faux fur vest from the 2010 Christmas set, and it looks great!

She also got a new fancy blue dress with a velvet sweater. It's really nice, and brings out her eyes, as most blue things do.

Then, there's her blue & black plaid dress with leather jacket. It's a really cool dress. It has iridescent rainbow threads woven into the plaid, which you can see in the pictures.

Lastly, she got the complete blue Fair Isle sweater set and just loves it. I was SO happy to finally find the scarf and hat that matched it. Total lucky Christmas find for her.

These were taken while me and Duffy were celebrating the new year at Disneyland.
First, California Adventure.

I went to Paradise Pier to see him and wouldn't you know it Duffy saw me with all the Duffy merchandise I have been holding and wearing. He actually escorted me to his greeting spot and show me where he greets his friends.

I wanted that blue plaid dress with the "leather" jacket. I saw it at the BAB in Tampa a few days before Christmas, but I didn't get it as I knew I was getting some BAB stuff for Christmas and wanted to wait and see what I got first. So I went back to the Tampa BAB last Friday and... they were sold out of that dress. And it hasn't been in stock at the Clearwater BAB in ages and it's not available online. GAH! There's 2 more BABs in the Tampa area, but they're in Wesley Chapel & Brandon (both towns are like 50 miles one way). Oh well. Just made me mad.

Duffy and Shellie May got all dolled up in their best (Duffy in his new fez and Shellie May in her vintage tiara) and headed to Disneyland on New Year's Eve to ring in the new year. But when they got there Disneyland was too crowded for little bears, so they decided to head to the Golden Horseshoe, where it was nice and warm and not crowded at all, to wait it out till midnight.

:lol: Not to kill the mystery, but Lindt makes them--they're called "Petits Desserts". I don't know if Lindt exports to Japan...? (Even in the winter, I do not think they'd do well being shipped from Arizona. :shy: )

My mom bought them and offered me one. Of course I had to share with Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May.

(Yes, I shared with them. They did not steal it. Promise. :) )

She and I loved how much they tasted like the desserts they were meant to be! My dad was not impressed. Some people just don't get it. :)
