I sincerely hope that the delayed shipping date doesn't ruin any WishListers' plans. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience, but I have to insist on moving PayPal funds and shipping everything together at once so that I can use a taxi and get all tracking numbers out at the same time. I deeply appreciate your understanding.^^

If you don't get your Care Package by 2/14, consider celebrating White Day on 3/14 instead. Traditionally in Japan (although very modern and totally consumption-motivated), Valentine's Day is the holiday for girls to give (usually homemade) chocolates to boys they like, while White Day is the day for boys' reciprocity to the girls who gave them chocolates on Valentine's Day.

For years, I've personally wanted to advocate 2/21 as Pink Day, for girls who like girls; and 3/7 as Blue Day, for boys who like boys. With 2/14...2/21...3/7...3/14...there's just one week in between without a special day, and that day may or may not exist, as it's Leap Day! I like to think, then, that Leap Day becomes, when it occurs, this super-lucky romantic day when any singles are especially likely to find true love...if they take a leap of faith!

I think the whole Season of the Heart concept is richer with Blue and Pink Days, and I think White/Pink/Blue Days make Valentine's (and Leap Day) much more exciting.

Yeah it's been fast in the past. Had DuffyD sent to my work address as my delivering post office at home has screwy hours & stuff. At work I'll be here to sign for it & know our mail guy. My poor new coworkers are slowly learning about my Duffy addiction.

Just checked the tracking number and my package is already in the States! It arrived in NY about an hour ago. So I could get my goodies as early as Monday or Tuesday!

Mine's still not in the states. And there's no mail tomorrow and I think on monday. So might not be till after Valentine's. Oh well, I really wanted to send out the post cards to friends and family for Valentine's but I'm sure it'll be fine!
