Larger size plush Duffy and Shellie May available soon.

It looks like there will be medium sized Duffy and Shellie May plush for sale at Tokyo DisneySea soon. The official Duffy page lists them for sale on February 10th. These plush are 50cm x 68cm. So, about the size of the big ones for sale at DCA and WDW. However, this is the only way to get Shellie May in this size, since she is not for sale in the other Disney parks.

Oh, and each costs 10,000 Yen.

Also, in other news, the press announcement for TDS's 10th anniversary confirms that there will be special 10th Anniversary Duffy costumes. They didn't announce how many or when they will be released, but it's confirmation that there will be some.

I know, right? Now the speculation can begin on just what those might be. Either CM costumes again, or maybe other character costumes? I wonder if Duffy and Shellie May will get their own version of the "Be Magical" sorcerer costumes? That would be fun.

Cool. I saw someone carrying a large Duffy around the park. It was cute to see.

Not until February 10th. That photo looks like the "standard" sized plush, with the wristlet plush sitting next to them, and then the plush pouch.

The Duffy in that OP pic looks different from the Duffys that Disneyland and Walt Disney World sell. Are both the American and Japenese Duffys made in Vietnam?

After lurking forever, I registered so I could respond to this thread. I totally agree with your roommate!

When my husband and I were at WDW in November, he bought me the 17" and the large Duffy. While the large one has fluffy fur, it's not as soft as the fur on the smaller bears. I'd LOVE to get one of the large bears with the soft fur! I wonder if there's any chance they'll bring them to the US parks?

Excuse me if this is a stupid question, but what size is the "normal" Duffy at the Tokyo parks? Do the outfits only come in one size? And if these are really annoying elementary questions, if you could direct me to a place that would answer them all, I'll leave you all alone.
