Just recently I saw Duffy in the emporium on main street, that's the only place I saw him beside DCA which is sad to her because I was hoping they'd keep to keeping him exclusive
Nope, he's only available in DCA in certain stores, no where else, unlike WDW where he's everywhere.
I'm fairly certain I only saw him at DCA the last time I was there.
flylikadove22, was it a whole display? That is disappointing, I like the idea of having him in one area only, like at TDS versus all the stores/parks.
There is already so much overlap of stuff in the stores! Not much seems unique to a location/shop!
no he was stuffed in the corner where the stuff animals were...it was really sad to me =(
Yeah, that really is disappointing. I was really impressed with how DLR/DCA was handling him...

yes i was shocked! i should have recorded my facial expression! i only saw him in the emporium though no where else, but still, the fact he was literally stuck in a corner hurt!
IN WDW they even sell him at the stores in the hotels. O-o
^^ Yup. I remember seeing him in the shop at the Wilderness Lodge back in February.
yeah I stayed at Pop Century in march and he was in that hotel shop too, thats where I bought his sailor outfit , where I bought him was in downtown disney, since my mom and I kept seeing him everywhere we went, we go damn duffy he's everywhere lol!
I got my Duffy at Once Upon a Toy at DTD at WDW. But he's also available at World of Disney at WDW's DTD. That's where I got my mom's Duffy and my Easter Duffy & Duffy ear hat a couple weeks ago.
You're not looking hard enough. I think the gf probably has one that looks just like him sitting in the closet somewhere.
The point of Duffy and Build-a-Bear might be different but they both produce a similar product.

All teddy bears have their own unique looks, though. *shrugs* And not completely true--I was pretty observant as a kid. I could tell the difference between every Peace Beanie Baby. >_> And regardless, the reason behind a teddy bear is always different.
...I don't even see how that makes sense--nobody is doing that...and that's honestly disgusting to even say.
