Yeah--I love bits and pieces of each, but with the price, I just can't justify it.Just too much for me. And we have enough money issues right now.

Sorry late to this thread, but I absolutely adore the Shellie May costume. My Duffy has the first outfit in the collection but I think we will skip on the second Duffy outfit. But I don't think I will be able to resist the Shellie May one. I almost squealed at work when I first seen it. Between the pashima shaw and fur collar, I am in love!!!!
We were sent over there with the message that only we would defend Disney quality.. We learnt quickly that the Japanese culture speaks to a level of quality that is hard to comprehend. They were all unbelievably skilled and willing to do the right thing.Bringing the Love since January 10, 2011

Well I have a certain style preference and the latest is not exciting me enough to pay the 125 dollars. But the Shellie May outfit is worth EVERY penny!!!! I honestly was giddy at work all day!

Haha, really does show our difference cause I thought the EXACT opposite, loved Duffy's but was iffy on Shellie's! But I just had to get both, mostly because I have OCD and like things being complete, but also because the design grew on me, it's very...... bohemian I guess, like something from south america. Both costumes really evoke a sense of adventure to me, with high fashion! Can't wait to get my hands on these! ^^
Poor unfortunate Souls.
These costumes really capture the early 20th Century atmosphere in which the teddy bear was born; I'll buy them both, too!^^

I have to buy both because Shellie May would be really upset if I didn't.

I really love Duffy's (don't like Shellie's) , sadly it's out of my budget so I admire it from afar![]()

I am getting both. That jacket and those boots for Duffy are just amazing! Love the fur collar and earmuffs on Shellie too though I'm not crazy about her poncho. Would have preferred a more classic cape.
You know, I would love to see a winter set of Victorian costumes. Can you imagine Duffy in a cut-away coat and tall hat and Shellie May in gown, bonnet, and a fur muff?! That would be so precious!![]()

Yes, a Victorian or Edwardian costume set would be really nice! I want a TDS elegant dress for Shellie May.

Wow, those sure are beautiful. I'd better get my creative sewing skills in order, because one outfit costs more than I paid for my wedding dress! Duffy and Shellie May have such talented costume designers, quite inspirational!
Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.
I wish I were crazy about all of ShellieMay's outfit, because I want the overalls and sweater sooooooo badly. They make such a precious outfit and the sweater would make a perfect top for ShellieMay's basic outfit.
