I know, I know - this update has been a looong time coming, but if you check out the first page, you can finally read the Spring Voyage photo story fully translated with images. I wish I had finished it sooner, but the good news is, you didn't have to do it yourself!
Where I've made conscious tweaks or added things, the text has been changed to red. The one really major change is that I moved the Lido Isle segment from the beginning of the itinerary (Days 10~19) to merge it with the Mediterranean Harbor segment (after Day 61). This creates a much more logical travel plan and better paced, more coherent narrative in my opinion. Hope you guys enjoy it. It has been a TREMENDOUS labor of love.
Thank you a thousand times, Duffy Daisuki! I was so excited for the Spring Voyage photos, but with new content every day and vacation/summer busyness, a lot of it slipped away from me. I kept telling myself, It's okay, you have time, you can come back to it later. Of course, that is not the TDS way, and before I knew it, time was up.
My Duffies, my Shellie Mays, and I are going to savor this adventure the right way this weekend, and we (OK, I) will not take this second chance for granted. Thank you.
Wow, just wow! Now I totally want to visit Tokyo Disney Resort (mainly Tokyo Disneysea) TOMORROW
However I think I may need something to hold my jaw closed as I expect it will drop at every turn! I have seen pictures of the parks before before but these bring a new TOTALLY AWESOME angle, the pictures along with the story was just mind blowing!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this If I get to experience even 1% of this awesomeness I will be happy forever
Your excitement makes it worth the effort. Thanks, guys. My Japanese isn't so great. Looked up most of the kanji and I'm still not 100% I got all the nuance right.
I do love how it is just as much a spotlight on TDS as it is a vehicle for Duffy. I will always think of SV as the unofficial TDS 10th Anniversary finale, and a "sequel" to TDS's 5th. It turns out that even the map/travel design concept is directly related to 5th Anniversary Duffy merchandise.
